These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the n999 platform, including all gaming, betting, account and payment services accessible through n999.lol. By creating an account or using any service on n999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms set out below. Use of the n999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your Account:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use any service on the n999 platform. This age restriction applies without exception to all game categories, including but not limited to casino games, cricket and sports betting, slot games, fishing games, and all other products available on n999. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 at any point will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposited funds returned subject to applicable verification and processing procedures.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. If you are in any doubt as to whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the n999 platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or under false identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein.
n999 does not knowingly provide services to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using n999 is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. n999 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Player accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
21+ Strict Enforcement: n999 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period of suspected underage play will be held pending the outcome of verification.
To access real-money gaming on n999, you must register for an Account. The following requirements apply to all Account registrations:
You are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and any other information requested. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
n999 requires verification of your registered Pakistani mobile number via one-time PIN (OTP) at the time of registration. Your mobile number serves as a primary account identifier and security authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered number.
n999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), a valid Pakistani passport, or other documentation as required by our compliance procedures. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period notified by n999 may result in Account suspension.
Your n999 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, traded or shared with any other person. You may not allow any other individual to use your Account, access your Account credentials, or play on your behalf. Any such sharing constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your n999 Account credentials, including your username, password and OTP codes.
By using the n999 platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:
n999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and VIP programme rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless superseded by specific promotion terms:
All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
All bonuses carry a validity period, after which uncompleted wagering requirements will lapse and any remaining Bonus Funds will be removed from the Player's Account. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period does not entitle the Player to any compensation or extension.
n999 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies (such as bet-hedging or arbitrage) to clear bonus wagering requirements with minimal variance; colluding with other players to fulfil wagering requirements; or any other conduct that n999 reasonably determines to be an exploitation of promotional terms rather than genuine recreational play. n999 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, forfeit resulting winnings and suspend Accounts in cases of detected bonus abuse.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards satisfaction of wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. n999 reserves the right to modify contribution rates with reasonable notice to Players.

n999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT on the TRC20 blockchain network. n999 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with notice to Players.
All n999 transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR deposits or withdrawals. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmation.
The minimum deposit on n999 is PKR 100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's Account. n999 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
A minimum withdrawal amount of PKR 300 applies. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit, or through n999's verified alternative withdrawal procedures. Players must complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. n999 may require additional verification for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.
n999 targets processing times of 3–5 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically complete within 5–15 minutes during business hours. SadaPay and Raast withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times of approximately 15–30 minutes. These are target processing times and not guaranteed service level commitments.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Once wagering requirements are satisfied, winnings from Bonus Funds are treated as Real Money Funds and are freely withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
n999 reserves the right to delay, hold or refuse any deposit or withdrawal where n999 reasonably suspects that the transaction may constitute money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. In such cases, n999 may report the transaction to relevant authorities and is not required to notify the Player of the grounds for delay or refusal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the n999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach by the Player, n999 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and, where applicable, winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real Money Funds may be returned to the Player subject to completion of applicable verification procedures and deduction of any amounts owed to n999.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting n999 live chat support. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of applicable verification and standard withdrawal procedures.
All content on the n999 platform, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, game interfaces, video content, audio content, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform, is the intellectual property of n999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n999 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display or transmit any n999 content; create derivative works based on n999 content; reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the n999 platform; or use any n999 trademark, logo or brand without the express written permission of n999.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
n999's collection, use, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available at n999.lol/privacy-policy.
By registering for an n999 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be used for purposes including Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.
n999 does not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your data with service providers, payment processors and regulatory authorities as necessary for the provision of our services and compliance with applicable law.
n999 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players by means of a notice on the n999 platform and/or by notification to the Player's registered email address or mobile number, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where changes are required with immediate effect by applicable law or regulatory requirement.
Your continued use of the n999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the n999 platform and contact our support team to close your Account prior to the effective date.
The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always accessible at n999.lol/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date on which the most recent revision was made.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which n999 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the n999 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through n999's internal complaint resolution procedure, as described below.
Players with a complaint relating to their n999 Account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of the n999 service should first contact n999 live chat support with full details of the complaint. n999 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. Complex complaints may require additional time for investigation; Players will be notified if this is the case.
If a Player is not satisfied with the outcome of n999's internal complaint resolution procedure, the dispute may be escalated to n999's licensing authority's dispute resolution process in accordance with the procedures established by that authority.
Nothing in this Section limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and n999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
